The cost of our Standard UK shipping service is £3.99 for 1 or multiple items (i.e. same postage price for one or many suits). Customers can expect delivery between 2 – 4 working days.

The Express service costs £5.99 and delivery usually takes 1 – 2 working after being dispatched (see exceptions below).

Delivery is free on orders £50 or over – UK only

Worldwide Shipping

Cost for worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout.

European delivery is normally 5-7 working days and Worldwide delivery is 7-10 working days.

Due to Brexit some European countries may charge customs or other taxes which the customer is liable for and is not the responsibility of Zee Boutique.

Exceptions

Please note delivery times are approximate and Zee Boutique cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due to factors outside our control e.g. postal strikes, or incorrect/incomplete address information being supplied by the customer.

During busy times e.g. Christmas, Eid & Diwali festivals customers should allow extra time for delivery.

Returns/Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Once an order is complete and payment taken then unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Customers should view all the photos and carefully read the description of the item, including sizes and measurements, before purchasing. All items are sold as seen.

Unfortunately, no refund or exchange is available unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty then customers must contact Zee Boutique within 24 hours of receiving the item. Under no circumstances should an item be returned without contacting us before. Do not send any return items to the shop address, all returns should be sent to another address which will be provided if your return is approved.
