Shipping policy

The cost of our Standard UK shipping service is £3.99 for 1 or multiple items (i.e. same postage price for one or many suits). Customers can expect delivery between 2 – 4 working days after dispatch.

The Express service costs £5.99 and delivery usually takes 1 – 2 working days after being dispatched (see exceptions below).

All orders are dispatched on weekdays only as the delivery company only collect parcels Monday to Friday from our shop. For example if an order is received after 10am on Friday or over the weekend then it will be dispatched the following Monday (if it is packed in time).

Order processing times vary dependant on demand but we aim to ready orders for dispatch between 24 - 48 hours after receiving an order.

Delivery is free on orders £60 or over – UK only

Worldwide Shipping

Cost for European and Worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout.

European and North America delivery is normally 5-10 working days after dispatch. Rest of the World delivery can take 10-15 working days.

Important: The customer is responsible for paying any custom duties or taxes that are due when your parcel is imported. Zee Boutique have no way of knowing what these charges are as they vary from country to country, as such it can't be calculated at checkout. Zee Boutique is not liable for any charges so the customer should check what these charges are before making a purchase.

Unfortunately due to high return shipping costs we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on international orders. 

Exceptions

Please note delivery times are approximate and Zee Boutique cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due to factors outside our control e.g. postal strikes, or incorrect/incomplete address information being supplied by the customer.

 During busy times e.g. Christmas, Eid & Diwali festivals customers should allow extra time for delivery.
